Daily work will include practicing and writing pedagogical exercises based on repertoire studied, understanding and developing fundamental skills, and performing repertoire. Students will study music from antiquity to the present to develop analytical skills that transfer immediately to performance. Our repertoire will include ensemble vocal music, however students interested in playing an instrument (strings and winds especially) should contact the professor and may join the class with approval.
