Middlebury Afropop Band

The Middlebury Afropop Band performs classic and contemporary popular music from across the African continent and its diaspora, blending traditional African music with Western and Afro-diasporic styles. Students learn songs by ear and create their own arrangements. The band presents two end-of-semester concerts, tours, records, and performs at college-wide events. By audition.
