The aim of this course is to improve the students’ speaking and listening abilities, to enlarge their vocabulary, and to make their German more idiomatic and, at the same time, more grammatically correct.

Types of activities will include practice of idiomatic expressions, presentation of newspaper articles, discussion of topics of current interest, and two in-class presentations. A portion of the class will be dedicated to grammar review.
