Adapting products and services, translating marketing materials, and localizing web sites are necessary but not sufficient for success overseas. Leaders must adapt their approaches, organizations, personnel selection and training, and their operating procedures in a responsible way to be a truly successful global business or organization. This course will identify key issues and solutions for success. The principal assignment will be to help prepare a domestic company for cross border markets.
