This colloquium examines the changing dynamics of global governance in an era of intensifying geopolitical competition, democratic backsliding, and mounting transnational challenges. Drawing on perspectives from international political economy, development, and migration governance, it explores how shifting global power relations are reshaping international institutions, norms, and policy responses. Through faculty-led discussions and analysis of contemporary case studies, students will examine current debates on global governance and their implications for international cooperation. The colloquium is designed to complement existing coursework.
