Contemporary Quebec Literature
This course will focus on the evolution of contemporary literature from Québec, which has become universal since the middle of the 20th-century. We will examine the original and unique expression of a French-speaking cultural identity in North America. The fundamental aim of this course is to observe and to comprehend this trajectory through the analysis of seminal literary works.
