Body is earth: our bones, breath, and blood are the minerals, air and water inside us, not separate but same. In this (15-hour) workshop we reflect on the interconnectedness of body systems and earth systems. Working with evolutionary movement and experiential anatomy to clarify and orient the body; perceptual explorations to understand the nervous system; and the disciplines of authentic movement and creative writing to integrate and articulate our findings, we develop practical ways to cultivate innovation in environmental project and our lives. Come dressed to move, and bring your writing journal. (Enrollment limited to 12)
