This workshop uses a systems approach to explore how nongovernmental organizations generate resources, create programs, and manage for the achievement of mission. Among the topics covered are: revenue generation; strategic planning; budgeting; the human resource function; use of technology; leadership; governance; and organizational capacity development. Case studies will be used to illustrate important concepts.
